The Vietnam State Securities Commission said its Party Committee participated in a training conference in Hanoi on implementing Party administrative procedures in an electronic environment. The conference forms part of the Government Party Committee's plan to roll out four Party procedures digitally, with the change focused on moving execution from manual to electronic channels rather than altering existing authority or procedural rules. The four procedures are payment of Party fees, temporary transfer of Party membership, official transfer of Party membership and obtaining comments from the Party branch at a member's place of residence for members working within the Government Party Committee. The event was organized by the Government Party Committee together with the Digital Transformation and Cipher Department, the Central Party Office and other bodies, and was held in person and online. More than 30 officials from the commission's Party Committee took part, including members of its executive committee, inspection committee and representatives of subordinate Party cells. At the conference, the Government Party Committee stressed that the rollout must follow strict information security requirements and asked subordinate Party organizations to ensure all Party members under the Government Party Committee can use the relevant software proficiently.
