The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has opened a regional seminar on Financial Programming and Policy in Tashkent, organised with the support of the Regional Capacity Development Center for the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Mongolia and the International Monetary Fund, bringing together the central bank, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the State Committee on Statistics to strengthen macroeconomic policy analysis, financial programming, and the use of statistical data for forecasting and scenario-based planning.
