The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) ran a training programme on basic digital asset trading knowledge for its officials and civil servants, supporting the Government’s pilot implementation of Vietnam’s digital asset market under Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP. Held on 13-14 January 2026 in collaboration with Crystal Intelligence Company, the course covered blockchain technology and digital assets, analysis and monitoring of transactions and cryptocurrency flows, and practical work on identifying suspicious transaction indicators and money laundering patterns. The SSC framed the programme as building staff capability to manage and supervise the crypto asset market during the pilot period.
