The Central Bank of the Philippines issued a circular letter informing BSP-supervised financial institutions that it authorized on 25 September 2025 the corporate name change of Rizal Microbank, Inc. – A Thrift Bank of RCBC to RCBC Microbank – A Thrift Bank Inc., with the Securities and Exchange Commission having approved on 23 January 2026 the bank’s amended articles of incorporation and amended by-laws reflecting the new name.
