The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) approved an independent member of the Board of Directors of POD – Future AD and approved amendments to the Articles of Association of Varvara Thermal Village REIT. It also sent a notification to the competent authority in Germany regarding Karoll Capital Management EAD’s intention to publicly offer units of the Advance Opportunities in New Europe mutual fund in Germany.
