The National Credit Union Administration issued three consent-based prohibition orders permanently barring former credit union employees Teresa Palmer, Jessie Wright and Ahmed Hamada from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution. Palmer formerly worked at Centra Credit Union in Indiana, Wright at Tongass Federal Credit Union in Alaska and Hamada at OneAZ Credit Union in Arizona. Each consented to the order to settle and resolve claims brought by the NCUA Board.
