The National Bank of Bulgaria’s Governing Council issued Octis Pay Ltd with a licence to operate as a payment institution under Article 12(1) of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act after confirming the application met the licensing conditions in Article 10 and the relevant requirements of National Bank of Bulgaria Ordinance No. 16 of 29 March 2018, authorising the firm to provide payment initiation services and account information services under Article 4(7) and (8) of the Act.

The National Bank of Bulgaria has granted Octis Pay Ltd a licence to operate as a payment institution under the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. The firm is authorized to provide payment initiation and account information services after meeting the conditions outlined in the Act and Ordinance No. 16.
