The Central Bank of Bahrain selected 15 Bahraini graduates for the second cohort of its GP15 Graduate Development Program. Applications exceeded those for the inaugural cohort, although the bank did not disclose applicant numbers. The program combines practical experience and rotations across different areas of work with project assignments, workshops, field visits and engagement with industry figures. Candidates were selected through an aptitude test and personal interviews, and attended an induction covering the central bank’s mandate, strategic role and priorities for Bahrain’s financial sector.
