The White House reported that the President signed into law two joint resolutions providing congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of rules submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on the review of applications under the Bank Merger Act and by the Environmental Protection Agency on the “Review of Final Rule Reclassification of Major Sources as Area Sources Under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act”.
