The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a clarification on applying certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Collective Investment Institutions and adopted a set of registration, licensing and supervisory decisions affecting several issuers and an asset management company. The Commission registered the share issue of PJSC Mandarin Plaza and registered the report on the results of NOVA POSHTA LLC’s issue of registered interest-bearing ordinary unsecured corporate bonds (series G) placed without a public offering. It also approved the draft charter and registration of the share issue of JSC ZNVKIF G Investments, and approved the draft charter and share issue registration of JSC ZNVCIF Trastidia to form its initial authorized capital. The registration of the share issue and the related registration certificates of JSC ZNVCIF Bilgroup were cancelled. On supervision, amendments were made to two earlier Commission resolutions issued on 28 January 2025, and the appointment of a risk manager at LLC AMC OTP Capital was approved.
