Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has made available a new working guide for Financial Trusts that qualify for Automatic Authorisation based on their low impact. The guide is intended as a practical reference to help market participants interpret and apply existing requirements and procedures more consistently and efficiently. This third working guide incorporates experience from the regulator and market participants and compiles good practices on structuring, document preparation and information disclosure. It does not replace or amend the applicable rules, but is designed to streamline the authorisation and placement process for trust securities, while maintaining disclosure standards and investor protection. CNV also highlighted that working guides are already available for Financial Trusts under Automatic Authorisation for frequent issuances and for implementing Financial Trusts backed by assets originated through electronic means.
