The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice to individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the fee required to complete the procedure for reissuance of a securities practising certificate. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applying the fee schedule set out in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the commission’s designated accounts or in person at the commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the reissued certificate within one year from the notification, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
