The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has published its response to a consultation on minor proposals for instruments relating to section 66 of the Banking Act 1959 and released the finalised instrument. The proposals covered section 66 exemption and determination instruments that are due to sunset later in 2025 or that required updating to reflect current practice.
