The National Bank of Moldova is convening an event under its FinanciarELE project, moderated by Governor Anca Dragu alongside Natalia Gașițoi (Alecu Russo State University of Bălți), Iana Stanțieru (Alliance “Women of Moldova”) and Irina Chițu (financial education expert from Romania). FinanciarELE, launched in March 2025, is designed to build women’s financial and leadership competencies and promote equal opportunities by encouraging women’s active participation in the economy through financial education programmes, mentoring and professional support.
