The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee required to complete the process for obtaining a securities practice certificate. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s office accounts or paid directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notification, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that was granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requires VND 1 million fee payment to complete securities practice certificate issuance
