The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a set of decisions spanning rulemaking, governance approvals for regulated market participants, licensing and registration actions, and sanctions-related supervision. The package includes approval of drafts to amend an existing NSSMC decision from 2022 and a draft Cabinet of Ministers order on submitting proposals for the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions), alongside changes to the competence of NSSMC committees. On authorisations for professional participants, the NSSMC approved the appointment of two members of the board of directors of Profi-T Securities LLC, the person responsible for financial monitoring of Ivex Capital PJSC, and the chief accountant and person responsible for financial monitoring of K2 Invest LLC, while refusing approval of a supervisory board member tasked with performing the risk manager function at LLC IC Business-Invest. On licensing and registration matters, it terminated the licences for professional activities in the capital markets of On-line Capital LLC, registered the report on the results of the share issue of JSC Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine, and approved the draft charter and registration of initial share issues of JSC ZNVCIF Brave and JSC ZNVCIF Pinnacle Ferro Capital. As part of supervision, the NSSMC amended the list of assets, including client/depositor funds of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, to which the sanction in the form of asset blocking is applied.
