The Reserve Bank of India has moved the Department of Payment and Settlement Systems’ White Label ATM (WLA) Statistics return to its Centralised Information Management System (CIMS), requiring all White Label ATM Operators to begin filing the return on the CIMS portal from the reporting period December 2025 onwards. The WLA Statistics return (return code R330) is a monthly submission and must continue to be filed by the 7th of the succeeding month, meaning the December 2025 return is due by January 07, 2026. Admin Users for each reporting entity have been created in CIMS, and they must create the login credentials for users who will submit the return. The direction is issued under Section 12 read with Section 19 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, with non-compliance subject to penal action.
