The Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP) took part in Conexão Futuro Seguro 2025, an event organised by the National Federation of Insurance Brokers (Fenacor) and the School of Business and Insurance (ENS) to discuss “new legislation, new operators and impacts for the insurance sector”. SUSEP was represented by Superintendent Alessandro Octaviani and Directors Carlos Queiroz and Jessica Bastos. Octaviani joined a panel on the challenges of a sector in transformation alongside the President of Sincor-SP, Boris Ber, and the President of the National Confederation of Insurance Companies (CNseg), Dyogo Oliveira. Queiroz participated in a debate on Mutualistic Patrimonial Protection under Complementary Law 213/2025, with CNseg Technical Director Alexandre Leal and ENS adviser Augusto Coelho as moderator. Bastos contributed to a session on the new Insurance Contract Law (Law 15,040/2024) and its potential impacts, alongside IBDS President Ernesto Tzirulnik and CNseg Legal Director Glauce Carvalhal.
