The Vietnam State Securities Commission has published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for reissuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the certification process. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission, and if the individual does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests listed individuals to pay VND 1 million fee for reissued securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has announced that individuals listed must pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the reissuance of a securities practising certificate, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
