The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the external manager, Resolute Investment Management (Cyprus) Ltd, has notified it of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate CENDRUS GREECE INVENTION RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF160). Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the fund will remain on the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a status notice of “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the process is completed and all required documents have been submitted.
