The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) reported that its Director General, H.E. Sou Socheat, attended a Ministry of Economy and Finance meeting on the draft “Strategy on the preparation of electronic services for business 2025–2028”, in his capacity as a member of the Digital Economy and Business Committee. The session was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Aun Pornmoniroth and included participation from ministers and representatives of relevant ministries, units under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and regulators under the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority. SERC was accompanied by Khun Kimleang, Director of the Securities Intermediaries Supervision Department.
