The Central Bank of Russia has extended through 31 December 2025 its suspension of publishing on its website data on foreign payment services providers that are included in the list of foreign providers of payment services. The procedure for maintaining the list remains in force under Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5429-U dated 6 April 2020. The release notes that the earlier decision to suspend publication was posted on the Bank of Russia website on 18 April 2024.

The Central Bank of Russia has extended its suspension of publishing data on foreign payment services providers until 31 December 2025. The procedure for maintaining the list continues under Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5429-U. The initial suspension decision was announced on 18 April 2024.
