France's Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers, AMF) issued an investor warning and updated its blacklist of websites illegally offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services in France. Since the beginning of 2025, the AMF has added 22 names to the list, including acc.accgn.com, acc.accgn.net and elansyvor.fr. The consolidated blacklist is available on the AMF website and on Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice (ABEIS) and is updated frequently, but is not intended to be exhaustive given the regular emergence of new unauthorized or fraudulent actors. To check whether a provider is authorised to operate in France, the AMF also points investors to its whitelist of registered Digital Asset Service Providers (PSAN) and authorised Crypto-asset Service Providers (PSCA).
