Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority has approved BaraSeen Medical Company's application to register and offer 3,300,000 shares, representing 17.10% of its share capital, on the Parallel Market. The offering will be limited to Qualified Investors as defined in the Capital Market Authority's regulations and rules. A prospectus will be published sufficiently in advance of the offering. The authority said its approval means the application met the legal requirements under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations, and does not constitute a recommendation to invest. The approval remains valid for six months from the board resolution date. It will be cancelled if the offering and listing of the company's shares are not completed within that period.
