The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a set of draft rulemaking measures for onward government and Commission action and adopted a range of registrations and approvals relating to securities issued by collective investment funds and a corporate bond issuer. On rulemaking, the package includes approval of a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution on establishing a Commission for the Determination of the Manager of Complex Assets, a draft Cabinet of Ministers order changing the composition of the interagency working group coordinating the negotiation process with the International Monetary Fund, amendments to the NSSMC’s 30 December 2021 decision No. 1305, a draft NSSMC decision amending its 13 June 2025 decision No. 09/21/2426/K03, and approval of a draft Law of Ukraine on digitalisation and improving the enforcement of court decisions. On registration matters, the NSSMC approved charters and registered share issues to form the initial authorised capital of JSC ZNVCIF GRIFF CAPITAL and JSC ZNVCIF GIGABYTE INVESTMENTS; registered changes affecting the prospectus, regulations, share issue registration and the replacement of the registration certificate for CIF PJSC ZNVCIF AKULA; registered share issues and related prospectuses for collective investment by JSC ZNVCIF KYROX, JSC ZNVCIF ARLIT, JSC ZNVCIF SOMERSET and JSC ZNVCIF FUJI; registered the prospectus and issuance of investment certificates for ZPVNIF Solar Invest (AMC TASK-INVEST LLC); agreed the draft charters and share issue registrations to form the initial authorised capital of JSC ZNVCIF RESONANCE LINE and JSC ZNVCIF ASKANTA; and replaced the registration certificates for Shatoinvest LLC’s registered corporate bonds series Q, R, S and T following cancellation of part of the redeemed bonds.
