Vietnam State Securities Commission requests VND 1 million fee payment for reissued securities practicing certificate and sets one-year collection deadline

The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing an applicant to pay the fee required to complete the reissuance of a securities practicing certificate. The notice sets the reissuance fee and the accepted payment channels, and links the charge to the Ministry of Finance’s fee schedule. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector at the Commission. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank (Ha Thanh Branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai Branch), or in person at the Commission; the payment reference must include the recipient’s name, identification document number, and the type of certificate being reissued. If the applicant does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the date of the Commission’s fee-payment notification, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the reissued securities practicing certificate.
