In euro terms, reserve assets increased by EUR 1.9bn from end-November 2025. In US dollar terms, holdings rose by USD 6.1bn to USD 271.0bn. The central bank reiterated that reserve management prioritises safety and liquidity, with investments mainly in Treasury securities, alongside non-government debt securities, investment fund units providing diversified global equity exposure, and a small share in short-term deposits at highly rated banks.
