The Czech National Bank published its money market survey for the week of July 20-24, 2026, showing that average daily turnover in deposit operations rose to CZK 47 billion from CZK 45.9 billion in April. Repo turnover increased 6.4% and accounted for 51% of total turnover. Growth in deposit activity was driven by transactions with residents, whose share of turnover increased to 11.3% from 4.5%. Maturities between one week and one month remained dominant at 50.6% of turnover. Interest rate swap turnover declined 1%, while forward rate agreement turnover fell 29%, with all such agreements conducted with non-residents.
