The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring two individuals to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, payable either by bank transfer to the Commission or directly at the Commission, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The notice also states that if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
