The Dutch Central Bank has imposed a periodic penalty payment order on Yoursafe B.V. after the firm failed to provide its 2024 audit opinion to the supervisor on time. The measure was imposed as a remedial action for a breach of the Financial Supervision Act. Yoursafe was required to submit the audit opinion on its regulatory statements or, alternatively, its 2024 annual accounts to the Dutch Central Bank by 31 December 2025. In its 5 February 2026 decision, the central bank gave the firm 10 working days to file the 2024 audit opinion. Because the document still has not been submitted, Yoursafe must pay EUR 12,500 in penalty payments. The decision becomes final if no legal remedies are used. Interested parties may object within six weeks of notification, may then appeal to the court within six weeks of the objection decision, and may subsequently bring a further appeal before the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal.
