The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached annex to pay the licensing fee to complete procedures for receiving a securities practising certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or in person at the Commission. For transfers, the payment reference must identify the certificate holder, their identification document number, and the type of certificate. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the practising certificate that has been granted.
