The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced public discussions on the “Open Regulatory Legal Acts” internet portal (in the “Regulatory Impact Analysis” section) of the results of regulatory impact analyses for draft laws covering investment funds, related amendments to other legislative acts, and amendments to the Administrative Offences Code. The portal-based discussion is scheduled to run from 09:00 Astana time on 18 March 2025 until 18:00 on 20 March 2025. An additional discussion will be held via videoconference at 10:00 Astana time on 18 March 2025, with participation registration required by 17 March 2025.
