The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) held its sixth draw of issuers to determine which companies will be monitored for their Corporate Governance Code (Código de Gobierno Societario, CGS) reporting for financial years ended in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and shared updates on how it analyses CGS reports. The remote session, organised by the Corporate Governance Sub-Directorate, brought together more than 100 issuer representatives and highlighted an updated “Recommendations for CGS Reporting” document available on the CNV website. The updated recommendations are based on the OECD Corporate Governance Principles (2023) and on the CNV’s recent supervisory experience. As part of a stated objective to reach 100% monitoring of equity issuers within the next two years, the 15 issuers not selected in this round will be automatically included in the 2026 monitoring cycle as if they had been drawn.
