The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) and the College of Notaries of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires signed a framework agreement to establish a joint program of institutional collaboration, technology cooperation and training. The agreement extends the CNV’s engagement with the notarial profession on capital markets modernization and digitalization. The parties will develop, assess and implement projects involving document digitalization, electronic document management, archive preservation and technical knowledge sharing. The CNV will also provide training on regulatory matters and financial education, supporting its aim of broadening informed and responsible participation in the capital markets.
