The Central Bank of Bolivia published a communiqué revoking specified notarised powers of attorney (Testimonios de Poder) and confirmed that the related notarial representation documents no longer have legal effect. The revocations were made pursuant to Article 16(II) of the Regulation of Authorised Signatures (approved by Board Resolution No. 190/2025) and Article 76(II) of Supreme Decree No. 2189, which regulates the Plurinational Notary Law. The notice covers Testimonios de Poder Nos. 402/2025, 403/2025 and 404/2025 (issued 26 November 2025 by Notary of Public Faith No. 2) for Sergio Marcelo Cerezo Aguirre, revoked via Testimonios de Revocación Nos. 126/2026, 127/2026 and 128/2026, and Testimonio de Poder No. 383/2024 (issued 6 December 2024 by the same notary) for Oswaldo Quelali Nina and Marcos Nivers Llanos Catacora, revoked via Testimonio de Revocación No. 139/2026.
