The Central Bank of Belize announced two “Know Your Money” training sessions to educate the public on how to recognise and authenticate the security features on redesigned Belizean banknotes. The sessions will take place on 8 May 2025, with both in-person and virtual attendance options. The in-person sessions will be held at the Central Bank of Belize’s Lecture Hall in Belize City, with a morning session from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and an afternoon session from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In-person participants must reserve space by 30 April 2025, while those seeking virtual access must request it by 2 May 2025, after which a secure link will be provided upon registration.
