The Bank of Italy announced a videoconference workshop for operators interested in applying for authorisation to act as a credit servicer, following the publication of its provisions on credit servicers under the Secondary Markets Directive (SMD). The session will take place on 6 March 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00 CET and will provide clarifications on the information and documents to be submitted, as well as the timing and procedures for filing authorisation requests in line with European and national rules.
