The Andorran Financial Authority has published Decree 456/2025 (10 December 2025) approving certain amendments to International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted in the European Union (IFRS-EU) and amending the 22 December 2016 decree that sets the IFRS-EU-based accounting framework adopted by Andorra (IFRS-Andorra) for operating entities in the Andorran financial system and Andorran collective investment undertakings. The update is tagged as relevant to banks, specialised non-bank credit financial institutions, investment firms and agencies, wealth management firms, financial advisers and agents, collective investment undertaking management companies, payment institutions and electronic money institutions, as well as Andorran and foreign collective investment undertakings and other investment products.
