Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee and payment process for reissued securities practitioner certificates

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an accompanying list to pay the re-issuance fee needed to complete procedures for a reissued securities practitioner certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or paid directly at the Commission, with transfers required to include the recipient’s name and identity document or passport details in the payment reference. If the fee is not paid and the reissued certificate is not collected within one year of the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the reissued securities practitioner certificate.
