Brazil’s Securities Commission (CVM), through its Superintendence of Securitization and Agribusiness (SSE), suspended the registrations of Captalys Securitizadora S.A., Guardian Companhia Securitizadora and Fontaine Ville Participações S.A. under Article 11 of CVM Resolution 60 due to more than a year of non-compliance with mandatory information submissions to the regulator. While the registrations remain suspended, the companies are prohibited from carrying out new securities issuances and from having their securities admitted to trading on regulated markets, including exchanges and organized or non-organized over-the-counter venues. The suspension does not exempt the companies, their controlling shareholders or their officers from responsibility for any prior violations.
