The National Bank of Serbia has published the results, questionnaire and methodology for its quarterly bank lending survey, which covers all segments of Serbia’s credit market. Conducted since early 2014, the voluntary survey has a response rate of nearly 100%, and its methodology is aligned with euro-area central bank surveys while reflecting features of the Serbian market. The survey supports assessments of credit activity and monetary and macroprudential policy decisions. It also provides information for government economic policy, banks’ lending standards and conditions, and enterprises’ and households’ funding assessments.
