The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has extended by three weeks the deadline for responses to its public consultation on the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, with feedback now due by Monday 1 September 2025. The consultation covers proposals intended to enhance the Island’s regulatory framework. The draft Bill sets out planned revisions to measures within the Collective Investment Schemes Act 2008, the Designated Businesses (Registration and Oversight) Act 2015, the Financial Services Act 2008 and the Insurance Act 2008.
