The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Osh regional office held an offsite seminar for staff of the Osh State University medical center, covering core topics in financial literacy and the use of digital payment tools. The session included an overview of the National Bank’s role and functions, the history and development of the national currency and its security features, and basic products such as loans, deposits, and savings. It also highlighted the expanded use of QR codes for payments and demonstrated how to activate and remove a self-imposed ban on obtaining credit in the Tunduk application.
