The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) C.Q.I. Cyprus Quality Investment AIF V.C.I.C. PLC (Licence Number AIF89/2018) has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following a decision taken at the AIF’s shareholders’ general meeting under Article 63(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The shareholders’ decision also dissolves and places into liquidation the AIF’s investment compartments C.Q.I. Income Fund and CQI Growth Fund. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC by the AIF’s external manager, GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd, in line with Article 63(8) of the law. CySEC noted that the AIF is in voluntary liquidation.
