ACLEDA Bank has received SERC approval for two issuances: a public offering of equity securities totalling USD 17.6 million, listed on the main board of the Cambodia Securities Exchange on 25 May 2020, and a subordinated bond offering for qualified investors that raised approximately USD 85.8 million in the first subscription.
