The Central Bank of Russia said it will issue a 2-ruble silver commemorative coin on 14 July 2026 in its Outstanding Personalities of Russia series, marking the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, the first president of the Chechen Republic. The coin will be legal tender in the Russian Federation and must be accepted for all types of payments at face value. The proof-quality coin has a mintage of 3,000 pieces and contains 15.55 grams of fine silver with a fineness of 925/1,000. It is 33.0 millimeters in diameter.
