The Republic of Srpska Securities Commission announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), expanding bilateral cooperation from capital markets into wider coordination on supervision of the non-banking financial sector. The arrangement provides for data exchange, knowledge sharing and mutual support in supervising securities market participants, with a focus on strengthening supervisory cooperation and supporting alignment with the European regulatory framework. It extends cooperation that began in 2004 under an earlier agreement limited to capital markets.
