The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission said CONSULCO CAPITAL LIMITED, the external manager of THREE LIONS REAL ESTATE RAIF V.C.I.C. PUBLIC LTD, has notified it that the registered alternative investment fund has begun dissolution and liquidation proceedings, will remain on the RAIF register marked "under liquidation" until completion, and will be removed once the process ends and the required documents are submitted.
