The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete procedures for the reissuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. The reissuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the Commission; transfer references must include the certificate holder’s name and identification or passport number. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the date of the Commission’s fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
