The Portuguese Securities Commission (CMVM) has launched Tailored Finance, a board game designed to teach children and adolescents aged 10 to 15 about saving, spending, investing and managing financial risk. The initiative forms part of the CMVM’s financial literacy work and is intended to support informed financial decision-making from an early age. Designed for two to six players, the game provides content for ages 10 to 12 and 13 to 15. Players answer questions and address everyday financial challenges, including simulated investment decisions involving savings accounts, bonds and shares, to develop an understanding of risk and return. A digital version is available through the CMVM Investor Portal.
